Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Final Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
